So used the uninstaller and removed the product - during the install it removed Stuffit Deluxe framework or something like that.

So I figured that I needed to remove Stuffit - did and rebooted.

Did not make a difference - still can not run liveupdate due to the error, cant turn on virus protection or configure it - say scan engine not loaded so try running liveupdated.

Subscription seems to work fine and it does tell me how many days are left.

I have a fast internet connection and I have turned off all firewalls - the problems persists.

I have even downloads the last sigs and installed - same problems.

I have looked at the engine and the latest sigs are 10-26.

Is the folder containing the files in Henry.txt named Engine, or something numeric, like 20111026.001 If its the former, as I suspect, they are NAV 11 defs.

LiveUpdate checks automatically every 2 hours for an update.
